His deep hands-on involvement ensures that every product leaving the facility meets proven performance standards, not just theoretical specifications.

He plays a decisive role in equipment selection, process optimization, tooling, heat-treatment implementation, and continuous quality improvement, making him central to the company’s manufacturing excellence.
